Industrial Lubricants

The industrial field requires heavy-duty machinery and tools to be able to sustain high intensity work over long periods of time. Any downtime caused by failures of a machine can significantly affect the flow of a complete operation, which is why it is necessary to use high quality industrial lubricant products. As suppliers, we know that protecting each component of your equipment with the highest quality oil is an investment that pays off.

  • Turbine Oils

Turbine-powered machines require specialized industrial lubricants to endure the constant, heavy work that they are exposed to on a daily basis. Turbine oils optimize performance, provide protection against oxidation, rust, and thermal degradation, and prevent the appearance of sludge and varnish in the components, helping to extend the longevity and optimal functioning of the equipment.

  • Rock Drill Oils

These oils are specifically made to lubricate pneumatic percussion tools and machinery, such as rock drills, pavement breakers, jackhammers, and drifters. Rock drill oil is used on air-powered devices to guarantee peak performance for a longer period as these lubricants resist wear, seizure, extreme pressure, and variable temperatures. They prevent oxidation, corrosion, and foaming from affecting the components, and they also promote good adhesion to metal surfaces under the presence of moisture.

  • Concrete Form Oils

Made by a combination of mineral oils and other additives, concrete form oil is formulated to create a barrier on the concrete that will prevent it from adhering to other forms made of wood or metal for easy removal. These oils are made to avoid discoloring of the concrete and also improve the finish of the form.

  • Gas Engine Oils (CNG or LNG)

Especially produced for gas-fueled engines that use either Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) or Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). Gas engine oils prevent oxidation, nitration, and the appearance of ash deposits that cause valve torching. These lubricants promote good performance and allow for an increased drain capability.

  • Hydraulic Oils

The main property of these fluids is that they are non-compressible, so they are used in hydraulic equipment for power transfer, which allows the machine to function. Hydraulic oils also act as lubricants by reducing damage due to wear and corrosion, offer resistance to water contamination, and have low cavitation tendencies.

  • Food Grade Oils

These lubricant oils are treated in order to be as safe as possible for people’s health, making them harmless in case of accidental contact with food products. Food grade oils allow the food industry to produce at high volumes with the guarantee that no dangerous substances will contaminate the goods.

  • Metal Working Fluids

Formulated to lubricate metal pieces that will be machined or ground. Metal working fluid cools surfaces, reduces friction, and helps to remove small particles from metal work pieces, providing better results.

  • Industrial Greases

With multipurpose applications, Industrial greases are developed to provide heavy-duty lubrication, mechanical stability, protection against rust and oxidation, and water resistance.
